Defining… our company
It’s our goal to deliver the best results for our partners. That’s why, when we founded We Define Travel in 2019, we knew we wanted to offer an innovative and creative approach to representation.
Across the team, we have decades of combined experience within the travel industry, and that’s taught us that there can be so much more to our role than simply connecting hotels and destination management companies with tour operators, travel agents and other service providers.
When we represent you, we’ll use our in-depth understanding of how different sectors within the industry operate, alongside detailed reporting and analysis, to help you develop your business and increase your returns.

We’re really proud of the success we have with our enhanced representation services, and our clients are too. We won’t just represent your hotel or DMC, we’ll work hard to complement your in-house sales and marketing teams, and to add value to your business operations through the services we provide.
Using a combination of thorough research, our strong network and our expertise, we’ll help you refine your proposition by putting together a highly detailed study of your business, complete with our own recommendations. We cover everything from your marketing materials to a robust sales strategy, giving you all you need to succeed in the UK and Ireland – including access to our solid trade relationships.
